1. Scope of Services
Drone Inspect NYC provides aerial imaging, data capture, 3D modeling, and related drone-based services. Our services may include assistance in securing FAA waivers and NYPD drone flight permits. We do not provide engineering, architectural, or structural evaluations, nor do we certify building code compliance.

2. Client Responsibilities
– Clients must provide lawful access to the property for drone operations.
– Clients are responsible for securing any additional permissions from property owners, tenants, or applicable stakeholders.
– Clients must retain licensed professionals (e.g., engineers, QEWIs) for interpretation of any data we provide.

3. Regulatory Compliance
Drone Inspect NYC operates in accordance with FAA and NYPD regulations. Flight approvals are subject to airspace restrictions, safety concerns, and government approvals. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services if regulatory conditions change or if weather or safety issues arise.

4. We will provide agreed-upon data such as high-resolution images, video, orthomosaics, or 3D models. All deliverables are provided “as is” and are intended for informational and documentation purposes only.

5. Payment Terms
– Payment terms will be outlined in each individual service agreement or invoice. – A deposit may be required prior to service.
– Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
– Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service may incur a fee.
– Weather-related or FAA/NYPD delays will not be charged but may be rescheduled.
– Refunds will only be issued for services not rendered and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials produced by Drone Inspect NYC, including images, models, and videos, remain our property until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or deliverables. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Confidentiality
We will not disclose any confidential project details or client data unless required by law or with the client’s written consent.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.

11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
